How long will it take to receive my order?
We dispatch items daily Monday to Friday, with the majority of items shipped the next working day. Delivery time depends on the shipping service selected:
- Standard – We ship using Royal Mail Tracked 48 – Approximately 3~4 days.
- Special Delivery – We ship using Royal Mail Special Delivery – Approximately 1~2 days.
- International – This varies by destination.
What should I do if my order has not been delivered yet?
If your estimated delivery date has passed and you haven't received your order, please contact us and we will look into this further. Please provide the following information:
- Your name, and
- Order number
How do I return an unwanted item?
We want you to love your purchase that is why we have a quibble returns policy. After delivery you have 30 days to contract us to organise a return.
All returned items should be sent back to us in their original packaging and condition. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage.
I've received a faulty item, what should I do?
We want to sort out any issues you may have with faulty items. Please contact us straighaway but no later than 14 days from receiving your order & include the following information:
- The order number,
- A description of the fault
I'm missing an item from my order, what do I do?
We're sorry there's an item missing from your order. Please contact us to discuss further.
I've received an incorrect item in my order, what do I do?
We want to sort out any issues with incorrect items straight away, please contact us with the following information:
- The order number,
- Details of the incorrect item, and
- A photo.
Can I amend my order after I've placed it?
We pack up items daily so you won’t be able to make any amends once you have placed the order. Please contact us if you want to cancel your order.
How can I pay for my order?
You can use any of the payment types listed below in the footer to pay for your order.
