Terms and conditions
At Wrestlrs.com we want you to love your purchase that is why we have a no quibble returns policy. After delivery, you have 30 days to contact us to organise a return. All we ask is that the item or items being returned are in the as sold condition, with original packaging and are suitable for resale.
It is your responsibility to read all the T&C’s before placing an Order.
We want our T&C’s to be clear and understandable to all, if you would like clarification on the content of our T&C’s please contact us. We reserve the right to amend the T&C’s without notice, please read these carefully each time you place an Order. If you do not agree do not place an Order.

1. Who We Are

Referred to after as (Wrestlrs.com, Supplier, Us or We).
2. Contract Initiation
By placing an Order with Wrestlrs.com you, (The Customer or You) are agreeing and accepting the terms and conditions below.
All purchases are in accordance with the United Kingdom’s; ‘The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. For further information please read our T&C’s below.
3. Contract Summary Sequence
- We will debit payment from your chosen payment method at the time of your Order.
- We will confirm the Contracts acceptance with you via an Order confirmation email.
- Once the Order is dispatched, the Contract between us is concluded.
- The Contract can be cancelled by you 30 days after the delivery date.
4. Pricing and Payment
To make a purchase from Wrestlrs.com and enter this Contract you must be at least 18 years old at the date of purchase.
Payment can be made via any of the options provided to you by Wrestlrs.com and we will debit payment from your chosen payment method at the time of your Order.
Full payment must be received when you place your Order, we will not accept part payment.
The prices of the products are shown on Wrestlrs.com and all prices include UK VAT at the current rate where applicable.
5. Shipping Internationally
Wrestlrs.com will ship internationally but it is your responsibility to calculate and allow for any Value Added Tax (VAT), General Service Tax (GST), Customs Duty and Import Taxes where applicable in the destination country. Under no circumstances will Wrestlrs.com be responsible for overseas duty and or taxes.
6. Order Quantities
Currently we do not restrict or limit the number of units ordered. If you purchase three or more of the same item in a single transaction, this will be considered as a business to business transaction and the applicable T&C’s will be different. To request a copy please contact us prior to making a purchase.
We intend that these Terms and Conditions apply only to a Contract entered into by you as a Consumer. If this is not the case, you must tell us, so that we can provide you with a different Contract with terms which are more appropriate for you.
7. Condition of Goods / Items for Sale
All images displayed on the Website are for illustrative purposes only and there may be small discrepancies in the size and colour of the Goods supplied. For example, the ‘text’ on a box might vary or the livery on a figure might vary. All images displayed on Wrestlrs.com are copyright of their respective owner. If required Wrestlrs.com can provide you with photographs of stock.
All Goods which appear on the Website are subject to availability.
8. Collectors
We understand that there are a number of collectors that love wrestling merchandise and want their figures in ‘Mint on Card’ (MOC) condition.
At Wrestlrs.com we are happy to support your MOC collections but you must send us an email prior to Ordering. We will check stock levels, item or items condition and aim to respond to your enquiry within 2 working days.
If you do not contact us prior to ordering as a collector you are responsible for all return’s costs, as any packaging imperfections are not considered as damages.
9. Basis of Sale
We reserve the right to cancel any Order without providing a reason.
It is your responsibility to check that the delivery address is correct. Wrestlrs.com will not be liable if an incorrect address or incomplete address is provided at time of Order.
A Contract will be formed for the Sale of Goods ordered only when you receive an email from us confirming the Order (Order Confirmation). You must ensure that the Order Confirmation is complete and accurate and inform us immediately of any errors. Wrestlrs.com are not responsible for any inaccuracies in the Order placed by you.
No variation of the Contract, whether about description of the Goods, Prices or otherwise, can be made after it has been entered into unless the variation is agreed by both parties in writing.
10. Personal information
For Wrestlrs.com to fulfil the Contractual obligations, we will require a valid email address, delivery address and phone number. When placing an Order, you are accepting that Wreslrs.com can contact you via email, phone or post regarding your Order and you are consenting to us passing your information to a delivery agent or courier.
We retain and use all information strictly under the Privacy Policy.
11. Delivery
We will only ship the Goods to the delivery address given when you place the Order. If a change of delivery address is required, the Order will be cancelled and you can place a new Order.
We will ship your Order as soon as reasonably possible. In most circumstances this will be within 2 working days from when the Order was placed.
For Goods being shipped within the United Kingdom, if your Order does not arrive within 14 days from dispatch, you must contact us in writing for assistance.
For Goods being shipped Internationally, if your Order does not arrive within 30 days from dispatch, you must contact us in writing for assistance.
Wrestlrs.com will not be held liable for any losses or expenses incurred by you due to delayed delivery.
You agree we may deliver the Goods in instalments if we suffer a shortage of stock or other genuine and fair reason, subject to the above provisions and provided you are not liable for extra charges.
The Goods will become your responsibility from the completion of delivery.
If the Goods supplied by Wrestlrs.com are different to what you ordered, damaged, faulty or other, you must notify us via email within 14 days of receiving the Order.
- In the event of a shortage we will ship you the missing Goods or issue a refund to the value of the Goods not supplied.
- In the event of receiving different Goods, we will ship you the correct Goods. You agree to return all different Goods to Wrestlrs.com, we will provide you with a returns shipping label.
- In the event of non-delivery, we will ship you the missing Goods or issue a refund to the value of the Goods not supplied. If the tracking number shows the Goods as delivered we will not issue a replacement or refund without the required paperwork being completed.
- In the event of receiving damaged or faulty Goods we will issue you with a returns label & will either issue you with a replacement or refund.
Under no circumstances will Wrestlrs.com be liable for any additional costs incurred as a result of posting an item back.
12. Right to Cancel
As stated in these Terms and Conditions, you can cancel this Contract within 30 days after the delivery date without giving any reason. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this Contract via email & organise a return. If you use this option, we will confirm acknowledgement of receipt via email.
Goods you have received in connection with the Contract which you have cancelled, must be sent back to us at: Wrestlrs.com Returns, 61 Mary Street, Dunoon, Argyll and Bute, PA23 7EG without delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate to us your cancellation of this Contract.
You agree that you will have to bear the cost of returning the Goods and these will be in the as sold condition, within original packaging and suitable for resale. When returning Goods you must include the Order number & delivery address. It is your responsibility to adequately insure returned items & retain proof of postage. Wrestlrs.com will not be responsible for returned Goods until they arrive back with us.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the Goods are not in the as sold condition.
If you cancel this Contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, excluding outbound shipping costs.
We will initiate any refund reimbursements to back you as soon as reasonably possible. The reimbursement will be made back to your method of payment.
For the purposes of these Cancellation Rights, these words have the following meanings:
- distance Contract means a Contract concluded between a trader and a Consumer under an organised distance sales or service-provision scheme without the simultaneous physical presence of the trader and the Consumer, with the exclusive use of one or more means of distance communication up to and including the time at which the Contract is concluded

sales Contract means a Contract under which a trader transfers or agrees to transfer the ownership of Goods to a Consumer and the Consumer pays or agrees to pay the price, including any Contract that has both Goods and services as its object.
13. Returning Goods
All returned items should be sent back to us in their original packaging and condition.
We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage.
14. Governing Law
The Contract (including any non-Contractual matters) is governed by the law of Scotland.
All correspondence will be in the English language.
15. Complaints
Please contact us if you have a complaint. We are happy to help.
16. Interpretation
- Consumer means an individual acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside his or her trade, business, craft or profession;
- Contract means the legally-binding agreement between you and us for the supply of the Goods;
- Goods means the Goods advertised on the Website that we supply to you of the number and description as set out in the Order;
- Order means the Customer's Order for the Goods from the Supplier as submitted following the step by step process set out on the Website;
- Privacy Policy means the terms which set out how we will deal with confidential and personal information received from you via the Website;
- Website means our Website www.wrestlrs.com on which the Goods are advertised.
